    Pricing is primarily based on the square footage of your home. Materials like stucco or brick and specialized services (like paver sealing or fence cleaning) may have additional costs. We'll provide a detailed, upfront quote with no hidden fees.

  • 4. How long is my estimate valid?

    Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • 5. How soon can I schedule my service after accepting the estimate?

    Typically within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability. We’ll work with you to accommodate your preferred dates.

Service Preparation & Process

  • 7. How should I prepare for my service?

    • Remove outdoor furniture, potted plants, and personal items from work areas.
    • Park vehicles away from the cleaning area.
    • Ensure pets and children remain indoors during and for up to 3 hours after cleaning.
    • Close all windows and doors tightly. We recommend placing towels at door bottoms.
  • 8. Will you help move furniture or items?

    Yes, for a $50 moving fee. Let us know in advance if assistance is needed.

  • 9. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No, as long as we have access to necessary areas and a functioning water supply. Just unlock gates and secure pets.

  • 10. Do I need to provide water or electricity?

    Yes, we use your on-site water and power. Please ensure these are accessible and functioning before our arrival.

  • 11. Will cleaning damage my siding or property?

    No. Our soft washing process is gentle yet effective. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions like loose siding or wood rot.

  • 12. What about delicate items like outdoor electronics or pool equipment?

    Cover or remove outdoor TVs, speakers, and pool equipment. We can cover them, but we're not liable for uncovered items.

  • 13. Will the cleaning process remove oxidation or tough stains?

    Not always. Oxidation and some stains require separate treatments. We’ll discuss this during the estimate.

Post-Service & Results

    Typically, 1–2 years depending on weather conditions and environment.

  • 15. Can I walk or drive on cleaned surfaces immediately?

    Most surfaces are ready within a few hours. Sealed pavers require at least 24 hours to cure.

  • 16. When and how do I make payment?

    Payment is due immediately upon job completion and your satisfactory approval of the work. Acceptable payment methods include cash and check (which include sales tax). Credit cards may be used but are highly discouraged due to additional merchant fees. For certain services like paver sanding/sealing and fence staining/sealing, an advanced deposit may be required as determined by the business owner.
